'Find Pattern' (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") does not collect sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers. To provide a seamless gaming experience and operate the leaderboard system, we automatically collect only the following minimal, non-identifiable (anonymous) information:

• Collected Data: Anonymous device identifier (Guest ID), gameplay records (best scores, play counts), randomly assigned nicknames, and service usage logs.
• Method of Collection: Automatically collected by the system upon launching and playing the Game.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

The collected anonymous data is used solely for the following purposes:

• To save the user's game progress and identify the device.
• To operate and display rankings on the Leaderboard.
• To prevent unauthorized use (cheating/abusing) and ensure service stability.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

• Game data is primarily stored locally on your device and is kept until you delete the app or change your device.
• Anonymous data safely stored on our servers for the Leaderboard will be retained until the service is terminated. However, any data confirmed to be associated with cheating or abuse may be deleted immediately without notice.
